1) Refund within 24 hours of purchase

If within 24 hours, we do not ship and receive your cancellation request, we will cancel the order for you and the money will be refunded to your account within 1-3 business days.

2) After shipping, ask to cancel the order and get a refund

If your order has shipped and the order has been processed, you will be charged a return fee. You must ensure that the product remains in its original packaging with a receipt attached. Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund. The money will also be refunded to your account within 1-3 business days.

Note: There are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in-stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you do not have to worry unnecessarily about your order.


Return Process:


Step 1


For us to process your exchange or return, please send the following information and photographs to the Customer Service Team Email

a) Return reason

b) Order number

c) Attach photos of the entire product, in the exact condition you received it with tags, and in its original packaging must be attached via email.

The attached photos clearly show the evidence of the damaged/faulty item.


Step 2


We will review your email within 1-3 days after we receive it. After that, we will notify the recipient. Make sure to check your inbox/spam.

We will send you a return address if your order meets these criteria. After we have received the parcel, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, your original payment method will be refunded. It may take some time for your bank to process the refund and send it.

1. We offer a 30-day returns policy. This means that you have 30 days to return your item.

2. For returning or exchanging an item with non-quality issues (such as incorrect models) you will need to pay shipping costs. The express company you choose should determine the exact fee.

3. The consumer does not have to pay shipping fees if the goods received are not in good condition.

4. If you send your item back to an incorrect address or if the product is damaged, we will not issue a refund.

5. Only the original purchase account for the order can be refunded. Please allow 48 hours for your PayPal account to reflect the transaction if you paid using your Paypal account.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your bank to correct the charge on your bank statement if you have paid with your credit card.

7. We are unable to accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
